成都中医药大学附属医院(四川省中医医院)创建于1957年，是中国最早成立的四所中医药高等院校附属医院之一。是国家中医临床研究(糖尿病)基地、国家中药临床试验研究（GCP）中心、国家中医药传承创新基地、国家中医药高层次人才培养基地和国家中医药国际合作基地。是我国中西部地区中医药特色突出、临床学科门类齐全、自主创新能力较强、区域影响力明显、综合实力雄厚的中医医疗中心、科教中心和治未病中心。
作为成都中医药大学最大的临床医学院，承担本科生、中医学（5+3一体化）、中医学（九年制）、研究生、留学生和住院医师规范化培训等教学工作。拥有3个国家级重点学科，13个国家中医药管理局重点学科，1个国家级实验教学示范中心（中医学），2个国家级特色专业（中医学、中西医临床），2个一级博士授位点（中医学、中西医结合），3个博士后流动站（中医内科学、中医急诊学、中医眼科学），7个博士授位点，20个硕士授位点，培养了全国第一个中医妇科学博士和中医五官科学博士。其中中医学、中西医临床医学入选国家级一流本科专业建设点。2017年通过了教育部组织的本科教学审核评估，同年中医学、中西医结合一级学科在国家第四轮学科评估中取得优异成绩，为中医学进入国家“双一流”打下坚实的基础。在校博士研究生126名，硕士研究生1255名，本科生和长学制学生人数3659名。同时医院还设有一所省属全日制中等中医类职业学校——针灸学校，在校学生10000余人。
医院占地面积7万平方米，建筑面积20万平方米。作为集医疗、教学、科研、养生、保健、康复“六位一体”的三级甲等中医院，综合服务能力不断提升，编制病床3000张，临床科室43个，医技科室11个，中医特色病区38个；专科门诊40个，专病门诊64个，有420名专家在门诊为病员服务。中医特色鲜明和中医优势突出，开展中医诊疗技术项目82项。现有医院制剂15种剂型，107个品种，其中中药特色制剂97个。医院充分发挥“一人一方”临方加工在中药治疗中的特色，开展传统饮片膏方古法熬制。建立智慧药房，在线预约挂号、缴费、查询检查结果、中药代煎及配送。2020年3月，我院互联网医院正式开诊，是推进互联网+医疗便民惠民服务的一次全新尝试，通过互联网+，使患者就医更加方便。
医院专科优势特色突出。有5个国家区域（中医）专科（急诊、妇科、内分泌、眼科、肛肠科）诊疗中心，6个国家临床重点专科（中医专业），13个国家中医药管理局重点专科。是全国中医眼病医疗中心、全国中医急症医疗中心、国家中医药管理局中医中西医结合急诊临床基地和感染病临床基地、中华医学会心衰中心。作为国家重大疑难疾病中西医临床协作试点项目——糖尿病及并发症治疗的牵头单位，与四川大学华西医院共同开展糖尿病及并发症的中西医补充、协同治疗研究。引进具有国际先进技术的海扶JC200型聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统，成立了四川省唯一的“海扶联合中医药治疗中心”；并建成具有中医特色的血透中心。
医院大力实施科教兴院战略，现有国家药物临床试验机构专业21个, 三级科研实验室1个，二级实验室3个，财政部中央与地方共建实验室2个，省级重点实验室1个，省级科普基地1个。近5年来，医院承担各级各类课题 1690项，其中国家自然科学基金课题 65 项，部省级课题 122 项，厅局级课题 239 项；获省部级及以上科技进步奖9项；发表中文核心期刊及以上刊物学术论文910篇，其中SCI收录123篇。出版学术著作 21 部；申报专利 66 项。创建我国第一个省级中医药循证平台“四川省中医药医学循证中心”，获批“中医内分泌代谢疾病”和“中医心脑血管疾病”两个省级临床医学研究中心，有力推动了医院向研究型医院转变。
医院人才队伍建设成效显著。医院在岗职工2318人，其中高级职称387人，国医大师3人，全国名中医2人，全国中医药类高等学校教学名师1人，医院享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家46人，国务院学位委员会中医中药学科评议组成员1人，国家新药评审专家16人，国家有突出贡献中青年科学技术管理专家2人，“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章获得者6人。同时以建立名老中医工作室为载体，全面实施中医药的继承、发展、创新工作，造就了一支技术力量雄厚、实力强大的医教研人才队伍。
医院以重点专科群为依托，向医联体成员、对口援助单位辐射延伸。与58家医院建立协作医院关系，辐射四川、重庆、山西、广西、陕西等省。牵头组建内分泌科、重症医学科、眼科、妇科等多个西部专科医疗联盟，康复科、老年科在四川省内牵头19家专科联盟。坚持以患者为中心的服务理念，优化医联体单位转诊平台，实现48小时之内预约我院门诊专家号、24小时之内接收基层单位上转住院部患者的目标。将现代化医院管理的理念植入医联体协作单位中，实现医联体单位间、医共体单位文化、管理、技术、服务的同质化。通过我院全科师资力量，不定期开展面向社区基层的培训项目。
随着中医药“一带一路”国际化传播与推广的不断深入，医院对外交流与合作取得了进一步发展。先后为30多个国家和地区培养了5000多名中医药、针灸、推拿专业人才。常年在医院短期学习的境外学生保持在300人左右，接待了来自美国、德国、葡萄牙等30多个国家和地区的来访者5000余人次。不断推进中医药国际医疗合作，获批成立国家中医药管理局中医药国际合作基地（四川）。近年分别在黑山共和国首都波德哥里察、德国巴伐利亚洲里德林市、在白俄罗斯戈梅利州成立分院。2017年中国－黑山中医药中心挂牌运营，成为欧洲第二所中医药中心。

Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan)
Brief Introduction
Established in 1957，Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan) was one of the four earliest-established affiliated hospitals of TCM universities in China. It is National TCM Clinical Research (Diabetes) Base, National Clinical Trial and Research Center for Chinese Materia Medica (GCP), National TCM Inheritance and Innovation Base, National Senior TCM Practioner Training Base and International Cooperation and Exchange Base of TCM. Characterized by TCM, our hospital is a medical, science, education and disease-prevention center with complete clinical disciplines, innovation, significant regional impact and strong overall strength in central and western China.
As the clinical medical school of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our hospital takes the teaching and training work of undergraduate students, postgraduate students (TCM), international students and residents. We have 3 national key disciplines, 13 key disciplines authorized by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 1 national experimental teaching demonstration center (TCM), 2 national characteristic specialties (TCM, integrative clinical medicine), 3 post-doctoral research stations (TCM internal medicine, TCM emergency medicine, TCM ophthalmology). We are authorized to award doctor’s degree on 2 disciplines (TCM, integrative medicine), master’s degree on 20 disciplines and conferred doctoral students the first doctor’s degree on TCM gynecology and TCM ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology in China. TCM and integrative clinical medicine was approved first class undergraduate discipline nationwide. In 2017, we passed the undergraduate teaching evaluation by the Ministry of Education. In the same year, the 2 t first class disciplines (TCM, and integrative medicine) stand out in the fourth-round national discipline evaluation, which laid solid foundation for TCM to enter the "Double First-Class" national program. At present, there are 126 doctoral students, 1255 postgraduates, and 3659 undergraduates on campus. The hospital also has a TCM vocational school, Acupuncture and Moxibustion School with more than 10000 students on campus.
Our hospital covers an area of 70,000 square meters with total building area over 160,000 square meters. As a Level A Grade three TCM hospital, (the highest level in Chinese hospital classification), it incorporates medical service, teaching, scientific research, health preservation, health care and rehabilitation. Its comprehensive service capacity has been continuously improved. We have 3000 beds, 43 clinical departments, 11 medical technique departments and 38 TCM characteristic inpatient sections. 420 TCM practioners provide outpatient service on 40 medical specialties and 64 diseases. We carry out 82 TCM diagnosis and treatment techniques. We now have 15 different forms of hospital made preparation with 107 varieties, among which 97 are of TCM characteristics. Our hospital adopts “one person one prescription” principle and develops the ancient method of making decoction and paste. We set up online pharmacy to achieve online appointment, registration, payment, examination inquiry, medicine decoction and distribution. In March 2020, our new attempt to promote Internet plus medical service model, Internet Hospital officially opened, which provides patients easier access to medical service.
Our hospital has outstanding advantages on specialties. We have 5 national, regional medical centers (intensive care medicine, gynecology, endocrinology, ophthalmology and anorectal medicine,), 6 key clinical specialties (TCM) approved by National Health Commission (former Ministry of Health) and 13 key specialties approved by National Administration of Traditional Chines Medicine. It is National TCM Ophthalmopathy Medical Center, National TCM Emergency Medical Center, the Emergency Clinical Base of Integrative Medicine and Infectious Diseases of the State Administration of Traditional Chines Medicine, and the Heart Failure Center of the Chinese Medical Association. As the leading hospital of the national pilot project of integrative medicine on the treatment of major diseases—diabetes and its complications, our hospital has carried out research on treating diabetes and its complications with the combination of TCM and western medicine together with West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Moreover, Haifu JC200 focused ultrasound oncology treatment system was introduced and the only "Haifu plus TCM Treatment Center" in Sichuan Province was established. We have also built a hemodialysis center with Chinese medicine characteristics.
The hospital implements the strategy of seeking development through science and education. There are 21 specialties in national drug clinical trial institutions, a BSL-3 laboratory, 3 BSL-2 laboratories, 2 laboratories jointly built by the Ministry of Finance and local government, a provincial key laboratory and 1 provincial popular science base. Over the past five years, we have undertaken 1690 scientific research projects, among which are 65 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 122 provincial projects, 239 bureau level projects. We have been presented 9 science and technology progress awards of or above provincial level. 910 papers have been published in Chinese core periodicals, with 123 papers included in SCI. 21 academic work have been published and 66 patents applied. Sichuan TCM evidence-based medical center, the first provincial TCM evidence-based platform in China was built. Our hospital was also approved as provincial clinical medicine research centers of TCM endocrine and metabolic diseases and TCM cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which greatly promoted our transformation into a research-oriented hospital.
We have made remarkable achievements in building a high-level faculty team. We now have a staff of 2318, including 387 with senior titles, 3 TCM masters, 2 national famous TCM practioners, 1 national famous TCM university teacher, 46 experts enjoying the special government allowances of the State Council, 1 member in the discipline evaluation group on TCM and Chinese materia medica of Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, 16 national new drug sichuansreviewers, 2 national science and technology management experts(young and middle-aged group) with outstanding contributions, six medal winners (the 70th anniversary of the people's Republic of China celebration medal). At the same time, through the establishment of studios of famous TCM experts, we are committed to the inheritance, development and innovation of TCM, and the building of a medical, teaching and research faculty with high level techniques and strength.
Depending on key specialties, our hospital extends its impact to members of regional medical consortium and hospitals receiving our medical guidance. We collaborate with 58 hospitals in Sichuan, Chongqing, Shanxi, Guangxi, Shaanxi and other provinces. We take the lead in building western China medical alliance on endocrinology, intensive care medicine, ophthalmology, gynecology, etc. Rehabilitation department and geriatrics department lead the building of 19 medical alliances within Sichuan province. We stick to patient-centered service and optimize the referral platform of regional medical consortium to achieve medical appointment within 48 hours and receiving patients transferred from lower level hospitals within 24 hours. Modern hospital management is implanted into hospitals within our regional medical consortium, so as to realize the homogenization of culture, management, techniques and service within our regional medical consortium members. General practitioners carry out training programs in health community centers.
With the further development of the internationalization and popularization of TCM under the "one belt and one road" initiative, we have made great progress in international exchange and cooperation. We have trained more than 5000 professionals on TCM, acupuncture and tuina for over 30 countries and regions. The number of per year oversea students for short period study maintains around 300. More than 5000 visitors from over 30 countries and regions such as the United States, Germany, Portugal, etc have been received. We have been continuously promoting international cooperation in TCM thus approved as the International Cooperation Base by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In recent years, several branch hospitals have been founded in Podgorica, the capital of the Republic of Montenegro, Redlin, Bavaria, Germany, and Gomel, Belarus. In 2017, China-Montenegro TCM Center, the second TCM center in Europe officially opened.
Our hospital has won a series of honors such as the national TCM demonstration hospital, the advanced hospital on medical ethics in health sectors nationwide, the national advanced hospital in medical and health system, and the national advanced hospital on TCM emergency. One TCM practioner was awarded the "Knight Independence Day Medal" by Djiboutian Prime Minister Kamil for his contribution in fighting COVID-19 in Djibouti. Our hospital was named "Advanced Hospital on Targeted Poverty Alleviation 2019" by Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. For its designated assistance work in 2019, our hospital passed the assessment (classified as good) by the general office of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the general office of the provincial government. Under the guidance of “staying true to our original aspiration and founding mission”, our hospital will endeavors to ensure public welfare and build a modern comprehensive top TCM hospital with international fame.
